Strategy
Pair With must be bid in Layer 1.
However, the Pairing graphic on the Layer tab will display all available pairings in Layer 1, thereby eliminating the ability to analyze Pairing Pools in lower layers.
How to Bid Pair With:
To effectively analyze pairings in lower layers, the following procedure must be used:
1. Bid Pair Within Layer 1 AND Clear Bid:
Enter employee number of the preferred Captain(s) separated by a comma.
Select Clear Bid.
Do not bid any other pairing properties in this layer.
2. Bid accordingly in lower layers.
May Bid to prefer to fly with up to 3 Captains.
Bid up to 3 of employee numbers followed by comma and no spaces
