Consider the Days Off Tab as the tie Breaker Tab. It should choose an award solution that allows the greatest number of weekend days off that your seniority can hold.
While it is acceptable to bid multiple Days Off properties in the same layer it is generally not considered effective. Note the Priority Property below. If you bid Maximize Total Days off and Maximize Weekends Off in the same layer. Maximize Total days will take priority potentially yielding zero weekends off.
Each of Days Off Property has an assigned System Priority to allow the System to prioritize if multiple Days Off Properties are bid in the same layer.
