Allows PBS to award pairings that release and report on the same calendar day and are separated by required rest.

PBS will not award more than six days of duty. Pilots occasionally ask if they can arrive at 6 AM in the morning from a 4 day Deep South trip and go back out that night at 10:00 pm for another Deep South 4 day trip. The answer is No.
Allow Same Day Pairing is a persistent property which will automatically repeat in lower layers unless Clear Bid is entered.
The default buffer of 14 hours between pairings applies unless Min Domicile Rest is also waived.
